Welcome to GetMePrompt ("we", "us", or "the platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services at getmeprompt.com.

By using our website or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About GetMePrompt

GetMePrompt is a creative hobby project operated by an individual in India. The platform provides curated and crafted AI prompts to help users generate artistic or creative images using AI tools.

Each prompt can be unlocked by paying a small fee (currently ₹1). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or UPI.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old.
  • Use your genuine Google account to sign in.
  • Provide accurate information when prompted for payment or identification.

3. Account & Access

Access to GetMePrompt requires Google Sign-In authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your Google account name and email for identification purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share or resell access to any unlocked prompt.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All prompts are priced at ₹1 unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay or UPI integration.
  • Once payment is completed, the corresponding prompt is automatically unlocked and displayed to you.
  • Because these are digital items instantly delivered, no refund or cancellation is available after successful payment.

5. Digital Content License

When you unlock a prompt, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal and creative purposes. You may use the prompt with your preferred AI image tool to generate images, but you may not redistribute or resell the prompt text itself.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal or unethical purposes. You must not use prompts or generated content to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Spread hate, violence, or explicit material.
  • Infringe copyrights or intellectual property of others.

7. Intellectual Property

All website design, prompt descriptions, and creative content on GetMePrompt are owned or licensed by the creator. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The prompts and services are provided “as-is” and without any warranty or guarantee of results.
