All items available on GetMePrompt are digital goods. Once payment is completed and the prompt is displayed or copied, the content is deemed delivered.

Because of this instant access, we cannot offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds after purchase — in compliance with the digital goods policy under Indian IT regulations and Razorpay guidelines.

2. When a Refund May Apply

Refunds will be considered only in the following rare situations:

• The amount was deducted from your account, but the prompt did not unlock.
• A payment failure occurred, and you were charged multiple times for the same prompt.
• Technical error in delivery from our system (verified through Razorpay or server logs).

3. Refund Processing

Once your request is verified, any eligible refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet) used for the transaction.

Refunds are processed through Razorpay and may depend on your bank or payment app timelines.

4. Cancellations

Since each payment unlocks one digital prompt immediately, cancellation of a completed order is not possible.

If you encounter a payment issue before completion, simply avoid confirming the payment request. No deduction will occur unless the payment is successful.
