Content & Usage Policy — GetMePrompt

GetMePrompt provides curated textual prompts for use with AI image generation tools. This Content & Usage Policy explains what uses are allowed, what is prohibited, and how we handle reports and enforcement. The project is operated as an individual hobby project — contact: info@getmeprompt.com.

1. Allowed Uses

  • Use unlocked prompts with any AI image generator for personal or commercial creative work.
  • Experiment, remix, and combine prompts for non-infringing creative outputs.
  • Use prompts for inspiration, learning, and content creation while respecting applicable laws and third-party rights.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use prompts purchased from GetMePrompt to produce or facilitate content that:

  • Illegal activities: promotes or facilitates unlawful behavior or criminal acts.
  • Violence & hatred: incites violence, terrorism, or hateful content targeting protected groups.
  • Sexually explicit / pornographic content: sexual content involving adults that is pornographic in nature or sexual content involving minors (strictly prohibited).
  • Personal privacy violations: doxxing, sharing or exposing private personal data (e.g., ID numbers, bank details, home address) of any person without consent.
  • Deepfakes & impersonation: generating realistic depictions intended to impersonate or defame a real person without their explicit consent (including public figures when used to mislead).
  • Copyright & trademark infringement: using prompts to replicate protected copyrighted works (e.g., recreating a trademarked logo or a copyrighted character) and distribute them as your own.
  • Malware & security abuse: content that assists in creating malware, phishing, or other cyberattacks.
  • Hate & harassment: abusive campaigns, targeted harassment, or content intended to bully or intimidate.

Note: Even if a prompt appears lawful, the outputs you create may still violate third-party rights or platform policies (e.g., social networks, marketplaces). You are responsible for ensuring your final use complies with applicable platform rules and laws.

3. Intellectual Property

Prompts provided by GetMePrompt are original text crafted by the site owner. When you unlock a prompt you receive a limited license to use that prompt for creative purposes; you do not gain exclusive ownership of the prompt text or any content derived from third-party copyrighted works.

You must not copy and republish the prompt text itself for resale or redistribute it as a standalone product.

4. Reporting Prohibited Content

If you believe content generated using a GetMePrompt prompt violates this policy or local law, please report it promptly. Include:

  • Details of the prompt and the generated output (screenshots or links).
  • Reason for the report (which section of the policy it violates).
  • Your contact information and, if available, the transaction ID (only if relevant).

Send reports to: info@getmeprompt.com. We will acknowledge receipt and investigate in a timely manner.

5. Enforcement & Takedown

We reserve the right to investigate reported content and take action, which may include:

  • Issuing warnings to the user.
  • Temporarily or permanently suspending access to the site for serious or repeated violations.
  • Removing prompts from the marketplace that are found to enable harmful or infringing behavior.
  • Cooperating with law enforcement where required.

We are an individual-run project. While we aim to respond promptly, response times may vary.

6. Appeals

If your prompt access was restricted or content removed and you believe this was in error, contact us at info@getmeprompt.com with details and any supporting information. We will review the decision and respond within a reasonable time.

7. Platform & Third-Party Rules

Using prompts to create content for third-party platforms (social media, marketplaces) also subjects you to those platforms’ content policies. Violations of third-party platform rules are the user’s responsibility.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Content & Usage Policy from time to time to reflect legal changes or platform requirements. The updated effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
